Killed His Family

James Ince killed his wife and three children with an axe at his home near Danville a few days ago.

The murdered children ranged from four months to four years in age. A full confession has been made by Ince in which he said he had fallen behind financially and it seemed almost impossible to make a living for his family and so he concluded to kill them and then himself.

He first killed his wife, then the oldest child, and on down to the infant.
