Lillie Frances "Dot" Hall-Rauchwerger

Lillie Frances "Dot" Hall-Rauchwerger, 98, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at Legacy Heights Nursing & Rehab. She was born Sept 24, 1918, in West Plains, Missouri, to Arthur & Kathryn (Reader) Hutchinson.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, William Winston Hall and her second husband, Eddie Rauchwerger, two brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by her son, Boyd Hall & Connie of Dover; three grandchildren, Kim Hall-Dawson of Owasso, OK; Alesha Wyles of Lamar, Brandi Willis of Rogers and eight great-grandchildren.

A Memorial service will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral.

David Hallum

David L. Hallum, 75, of Russellville, died Saturday, April 13, 2019, at Deerview Nursing and Rehabilitation in Ola.

He was born September 13, 1943, in Carden Bottoms, AR to Roy Lee and Mary Hill Hallum.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Paul Edward Hallum.

David is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, James Roy and Marilyn Hallum of Atkins; a son and daughter-in-law, Clark and Kecia Wright of Cottontown, TN; two daughters, Stephanie Boyd of Cordova, TN and Leigh Ann Briscoe of Wichita, Kansas; four grandchildren, Alexandra Boyd, Erica Oliver (Lucas), Monica Wright and Ethan Briscoe; and three great-grandchildren, Oakley Oliver, Lennox Oliver, and Ledger Oliver.

Funeral service will be held 2 PM Thursday at Humphrey Chapel in Russellville with burial to follow in Minnow Creek Cemetery in Hagarville, Johnson County under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service.

He was born May 29, 1943 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to the late Odie Wade & Aleen Vivian Bradley Halsell. He was a logger/sawmiller and a member of Valley Home Missionary Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by his parents and son Steven Dewey Halsell.

Survivors include his wife, Lynda Halsell; son & daughter- in-law, Kenneth & Vicki Halsell of Plainview; brother, Jim Halsell of Jessieville; sisters, Wanda Laplant of Fountain Lake, Mary Wilson of Jessieville; grandchildren, Bradley Halsell of Danville, Brittany Halsell of Nowata, OK; step-grandchildren, Joshua Martin ot Cleveland, TX and Rachel Martin of Cold Springs, TX.

Pallbearers included Loren Wilson, Dewayne Wilson, Craig Halsell, Kevin Billingsley, Carrol Hill and Adolfo Perez.

Mrs. M.G. Hamberg

Mrs. Mildred George Hamberg, age 73, of Pine Bluff, died Friday at Pine Bluff. Mrs. Hamburg was the widow of Edwin S. Hamberg, Sr., who died in 1955. She was a native of Dardanelle and a member of the Central Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include one son, Edwin S. Hamberg, Jr., of California, one daughter, Miss Mildred Hamberg, of Washington, D. C.; two sisters, Miss Nola George of Pine Bluff and Mrs Louise Tagmire of New Jersey, and two grandchildren.

Funeral services were at Pine Bluff Monday morning.

Lonoke, March 19. - Mrs. Sallie Austin Hamberg, 78, wife of Alf Hamberg, merchant of Lonoke for many years, died at her home today. She was born in Brownsville, Tenn,, and came to Lonoke as a child. She was married March 4, 1882, and the couple observed their sixtieth wedding anniversary two weeks ago. She was a member of the Baptist church.

Surviving are her husband, four sons, Leo H. and Walter of Lonoke, Edwin of Pine Bluff and Alph Hamberg Jr. of Conway; a daughter, Mrs. Weston Payne of Oklahoma City, Okla.; three sisters, Mrs. Beulah Airhart of El Paso, Tex., Mrs. Josie Haltom of Ripley, Tenn., and Mrs. Julia Burlingame of Lonoke, and a brother, R. S. Austin of El Paso. Tex. Funeral services will be held at the home at 3 p. m. Friday by Rev. W. M. Pratt and Rev. O. E. Holmes.

Graveside service will be 2 pm Friday, April 13, 2018 at Casa Cemetery with Bro. John McCourt officiating. Visitation will be 1 to 3 pm Thursday April 12, at the funeral home.
